Pricing & Payment Options
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax. Full prepayment of accommodation is required at time of reservation. Payment can be made via credit card, personal or business cheque prior to arrival, money order or direct deposit. A 3% surcharge applies to American Express & Diners Club transactions, and a 1.5% surcharge applied to Visa and Mastercard transactions. Please contact our reception if you would like to arrange payment via direct deposit.
Cancellation
Reservations that are cancelled attract the following cancellation fees:
- More than 14 days notice: full refund less $25 administration fee.
- 2 to 13 days notice 50% of entire stay.
- 0 to 2 days notice 100% of entire stay.
We recommend guest invest in travel insurance to alleviate the cost of changes to your travel plans.
Check In & Check Out
Check in is available from 2pm. Early check in is subject to availability and costs $15 per hour or part thereof. Check out is required by 11am. Late check out may be arranged at a cost of $15 per hour of part thereof. Please note that early check in and late checkout is subject to availability.
